2) What the app does
FrelaFlow helps you transform your videos into cinematic masterpieces by letting you add and synchronize background music, trim and adjust audio, apply fades and volume controls, and finalize edits on the go.
3) Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide, information collected automatically, and information collected when you grant permissions.
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Support content: messages and any content you send to customer support.
- Automatic data: device information, usage data, crash logs and diagnostics.
- Location (optional): approximate or precise location, only with your permission.
- Photos/media (optional): only to enable editing or creation features you choose.
4) Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies (including web beacons) in connection with in-app web content or website components, primarily for authentication, preferences, basic analytics, and security.
5) How we use information
- Provide and maintain the Service.
- Personalize your experience and preferences.

We do not sell your personal information.
6) Optional server-side / AI-assisted features (if you choose to use them)
Some features may involve server-side processing (which may include AI-assisted processing) to generate or enhance content. If you choose to use such a feature:
- You control uploads: the feature requires your action/consent to upload selected text or media.
- Processing location: processing occurs on our own servers.
- No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share uploaded content with any third party for AI processing/generation.
- Deletion after processing: uploaded content and intermediate data are deleted promptly after processing completes, unless you save the output.
If a feature has additional handling details, we will present feature-specific notices in the app.
7) How we share information
- With your consent or at your direction (e.g., exports/sharing you initiate).
- With service providers acting as processors (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics, support tools, crash reporting) under contractual safeguards.
- For legal reasons and to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition), subject to appropriate safeguards.
8) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When transferring personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms as required.
9) Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption, access controls, periodic security reviews, and backups.
10) Data retention
- Account information: retained for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (subject to lawful retention needs).
- Usage data: typically retained up to 12 months.
- Support content: typically retained up to 6 months.
11) Your rights and choices
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, or withdraw consent, depending on where you live.

12) Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 17+ and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. The Effective Date above indicates when this Policy took effect.
